
We are seeking a Regional Director to oversee operations, drive strategic initiatives, and support the growth and performance of multiple locations within the region. This role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and achieving organizational goals while ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across all sites.
Position Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily operations across multiple locations within the region Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement Team Management & Development
Lead, coach, and mentor location managers and staff Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives Strategic Planning & Growth
Implement regional strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency Identify opportunities for process improvements and expansion Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning and budgeting Stakeholder & Community Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure consistent delivery of services and organizational standards Represent the organization positively in community and industry interactions Prerequisites
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in multi-site operations or regional management Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
Leadership or management certifications Project management or operational excellence certifications What the Role Offers
