
Inside Sales Representative

Overview
WorldWide Electric is a national distributor of electric motors, motor controls and gearing both in private labeled lines and manufacturer's brand labels, some of which are well known throughout the world. We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative who is a team player and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to serving our customers with professionalism and integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Actively promote products and services to prospects and customers by telephone
Meet assigned daily sales targets plus daily call volume goals
Provide excellent customer service to phone and internet customers
Resolve problems reported by our customers
Apply procedures, products, and services consistently
Produce quotes with accuracy and attention to detail
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years sales experience with industrial equipment preferred, but not required
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Previous experience including prospecting, lead generation, and lead management preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written correspondence
Demonstrated proficiency with systems and data entry accuracy
Proficient in MS Office
CRM/Sales-I experience a plus
Willingness to engage in continuous learning
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive
Compensation Base Pay plus commission
