Overview
Growing family-owned firm with multiple locations is seeking a new team member for our Virginia Beach, VA location.
Qualifications
Must have completed mortuary school and have a Virginia Funeral Directors License or the ability to gain license.
Must be a detail oriented self-starter who can handle a fast paced firm and has excellent communication skills to interact with families.
Computer skills required.
Strong organizational and time management are a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record and the ability to lift at least 50lbs.
Responsibilities
Meeting with client families to make funeral arrangements, present and explain service options.
Direct funeral services, visitations, create personalized memorial products, and assist with other services.
Training provided. Excellent schedule including every other weekend off. No after-hours transfers.
Salary based on experience. We pay above market wages. Competitive pay/benefits: including company paid health insurance/dental/vision and matching 401K.
