Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and key decision-makers.
Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
Conduct job site visits and provide on-site support as needed.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
Stay informed about industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales (construction industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to read blueprints or understand technical construction concepts is a plus.
