Position Summary

The Bilingual Fulfillment Lead

is responsible for overseeing daily fulfillment operations and acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This role ensures accurate, timely order processing, inventory control, and service-level performance while leading and supporting warehouse or fulfillment staff. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish (or specify languages), highly organized, and experienced in managing 3PL relationships in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily fulfillment operations, including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns Serve as the primary liaison with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards Monitor inventory levels, discrepancies, cycle counts, and reconciliation between internal systems and 3PL warehouses Communicate clearly and professionally in both languages with warehouse staff, vendors, carriers, and internal teams Identify and resolve fulfillment issues such as delays, shortages, damages, or shipping errors Track and report fulfillment metrics (on-time shipping, order accuracy, cost, inventory accuracy) Support onboarding of new 3PLs, SKUs, systems, or process improvements Train, coach, and support fulfillment staff or warehouse teams as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Planning teams Qualifications

3+ years of fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics experience, including direct 3PL management Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish required; specify others if applicable) Strong understanding of order fulfillment workflows, inventory management, and shipping processes Experience working with WMS, ERP, or order management systems Proven leadership or team lead experience in an operational environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
