Premium Lawn Care & Maintenance is seeking an experienced
Landscaping Install Supervisor
to lead and manage our installation crews. This role is for a
confident, decisive leader
who can direct people, own outcomes, and ensure landscaping projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. This is
not
a position for someone who needs constant direction or avoids decision-making. If you thrive in leadership, take ownership, and know how to run a jobsite, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities
Jobsite Leadership: Lead and direct daily landscaping installation projects. Assign tasks and set expectations for crew members. Make real-time decisions to keep jobs moving. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly. Crew Management
Supervise, motivate, and hold crew members accountable. Correct mistakes immediately and coach on best practices. Maintain discipline, productivity, and jobsite organization. Take ownership of crew performance (no blame-shifting). Project Execution & Quality Control
Review job scope, plans, and materials before starting work. Ensure installations meet company quality standards. Identify and resolve issues before they become problems. Communicate changes or delays to management promptly. Tools & Equipment Oversight
Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and cared for. Conduct daily tool and equipment checks. Report damage or missing equipment immediately. Communication
Serve as on-site leader and point of contact. Provide daily updates on progress and challenges. Work closely with management to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications
Required: Proven experience leading landscaping or construction crews. Strong decision-making and leadership skills. Ability to direct people clearly and confidently. Experience with landscaping installations (hardscape, grading, drainage, planting, etc.). Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather. Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish). Experience managing multi-day install projects. Familiarity with landscaping equipment and tools. Strong organizational and planning skills.
