Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of video, photography, and multimedia content aligned with the firm’s brand and marketing objectives
Oversee end-to-end video production, including concept development, storyboarding, filming, and advanced post-production
Direct attorneys, staff, clients, and community partners during video and podcast productions
Manage and oversee the work of a video editor, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and technical standards
Produce and manage podcast content from recording through final delivery
Capture professional photography, including events, portraits, and branded imagery
Oversee post-production processes, including editing, color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and final exports
Ensure all content meets brand standards, legal requirements, and technical specifications
Support graphic design initiatives and oversee the creation of on-brand social media content
Manage social media content creation staff
Stay current on industry trends, platform best practices, and performance metrics
Qualifications
Proven knowledge and training in content production or creative management, preferably within a professional services or legal environment
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve
Professional experience in videography, photography (event and portrait), and audio production
Working knowledge of graphic design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience creating, managing, and optimizing content for social media platforms
Strong storytelling skills with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to brand consistency and technical quality
