Healing Innovations, named the top tech startup in Nashville for 2021, builds robotic neuro‑rehabilitation technology that helps people recover mobility after neurological injury. Our Rise&Walk InClinic system is FDA‑registered in the U.S. and is serving patients across the country daily. Rise&Walk InHome is an NIH‑funded project now moving toward first‑in‑home trials. We are expanding the team to accelerate EU launch and next‑gen product development. Role Overview
We’re looking for a versatile, part-time marketing professional to support the growth of our brand and customer base. This role will collaborate across teams to create engaging, clinically grounded content, manage digital campaigns, and equip our sales and customer success teams with impactful materials. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can balance creative storytelling with data-driven execution—someone eager to contribute in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop and edit marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, and one-pagers that communicate the clinical and operational value of the Rise&Walk®. Manage and grow Healing Innovations’ social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Design on-brand marketing assets and social graphics using Canva. Support sales enablement efforts with presentations, proposal materials, and case studies. Build and manage email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including drip sequences and customer communications. Assist with paid digital advertising (Meta and LinkedIn) and track performance metrics. Support trade show and conference planning, including pre- and post-event marketing activities. Candidate Profile

Detail-oriented: produces clean, accurate, and professional work across all channels. Adaptable: comfortable shifting between content creation, campaign management, and design work. Mission-minded: motivated by restoring mobility and improving quality of life for patients. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of professional marketing experience (healthcare, medtech, or B2B preferred). Strong writing and editing skills with proven experience developing content for digital platforms. Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms. Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools. Authorization to work in the U.S. Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media management and paid digital advertising. Familiarity with conference or event marketing. Understanding of SEO, email performance metrics, and analytics tools. Exposure to sales enablement or content strategy in a startup environment. Compensation & Benefits
