Responsibilities
Proactively reach out
to potential customers through phone calls, text messages, and emails to generate appointments and build relationships.
Qualify and engage leads
by listening to their needs, answering questions, and setting them up with the right salesperson or vehicle.
Research and target potential customers
using tools like lead-generating programs, CRM systems, and other sales intelligence platforms.
Assist
in refining outreach strategies, craft compelling messaging, and improve lead generation results.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
for all customer interactions and follow-ups.
Continuously learn
about our inventory, promotions, and the automotive market so you can confidently guide every conversation.

Assist
with customer inquiries over the phone, through text, and email while using multiple CRM systems in a timely manner.
Follow up
with customers to maintain strong relationships and identify any potential issues or concerns with the car-buying process.
Must maintain
a high standard of quality in dials, calls, and achieve target goals.

Strong communication skills

Qualifications
US Work Authorization.
18 years or older.
Customer Service Experience.
Basic Computer Skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Promax or similar is a plus.
This is an in-person position only; no remote positions offered.
