Responsibilities
Assisting customers with power sports purchases from a variety of manufacturers
Creating lifelong customers - through service - value and support
Training on the latest strategies
Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
You must be a POWER SPORTS ENTHUSIAST! Prior power sports sales experience is a huge plus but not absolutely required
A familiarity with power sports including but not limited to Arctic Cat and Polaris
A proven track record of solid work performance is mandatory
A willingness to cold-call customers and to develop leads
Our extensive Sales Training Program will help team members with limited experience to become successful and veteran salespeople to maximize their earning potential
Valid driver’s license
Good driving record
Pass background and pre-employment drug screen
