Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, execution-focused
Social Media Executive
to build and grow our brand organically across key social platforms. This is a fully
in-person, NYC-based role
for someone who can move fast, create at scale, and consistently deliver high-quality content. The role is heavily hands-on and content-led, with a strong emphasis on
using AI tools to create, refine, and publish large volumes of social content . The successful candidate will be deeply immersed in social culture, trends, and platform behaviour, and confident owning day-to-day social output. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
Create and publish high volumes of brand-aligned original content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels. Use AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, caption writing, image generation, and video concepts. Independently produce short-form video, static posts, carousels, stories, and written content. Capture and create content in real-time from the NYC flagship, events, and day-to-day brand moments. Ensure all content is on-brand, visually consistent, and aligned with tone of voice. Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure content aligns with tm:rw’s brand voice, values, and long-term positioning. Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership to refine tone, messaging, and creative direction over time, incorporating feedback and evolving brand priorities. Organic Growth & Brand Presence
Drive organic growth through frequent posting, trend participation, and platform-native content. Spot trends, memes, and cultural moments quickly and turn them into relevant, on-brand content. Continuously test different content styles, hooks, and formats to maximise reach and engagement. Community & Engagement
Manage comments and DMs across platforms, responding in a timely and brand-appropriate way. Build an engaged and authentic community through active interaction and conversation. Surface audience insights, recurring questions, and feedback to the wider team. Performance Awareness
Monitor post-level performance and engagement metrics. Use performance insights to adjust content execution and improve results over time. Track and report on content performance at regular intervals, sharing insights with Marketing/Brand leadership to inform campaign and creative decisions. Campaign Support
Support key marketing campaigns, brand partner launches, and seasonal moments with planned, coordinated social content across platforms. Create content tied to in-store activations, flagship events, and retail storytelling, translating physical experiences into compelling digital narratives. Collaborate across teams to ensure social content reinforces foot traffic drivers and on-site priorities. Skills & Experience
1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing. Proven ability to
create large volumes of content consistently . Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and optimisation. Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and short-form content. Confident copywriting skills with a strong sense of voice and tone. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, in-person environment. NYC-based and available to work on-site.
