YOUR ROLE:
We’re looking for an
Influencer Marketing Manager
to join our Affiliate and Partnerships Team. You’ll identify, recruit, and partner with content creators, YouTubers, bloggers, and digital influencers across international markets to drive brand awareness and sales across our full product portfolio.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll
own the entire influencer journey
– from initial outreach through to campaign execution and performance optimisation. You’ll work closely with your teammates and our product teams to translate our products’ value into compelling creator partnerships that resonate with audiences globally.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research, identify, and recruit influencers, content creators, and digital partners aligned with our brand and target audiences
Manage outreach, negotiation, and onboarding of new influencer partners
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, acting as their primary point of contact
Collaborate with influencers to develop authentic, high-performing content that drives engagement and conversions
Track and analyse campaign performance, optimising based on data and insights
Manage influencer contracts and compensation structures
Stay current on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content, and affiliate colleagues to align messaging and maximise impact
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related field
Proven track record of recruiting and managing influencer relationships
Experience running international influencer campaigns across multiple markets and languages
Strong understanding of major content platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, blogs/podcasts) and their creator ecosystems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
