
BLISS Car Wash is seeking a creative Social Media & Graphic Designer to support our digital marketing and brand presence. This part-time role is ideal for a social media manager, graphic designer, or content creator who is passionate about branding, visual design, and social media marketing. You will work directly with executive leadership and play a key role in shaping how the BLISS brand appears across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, digital ads, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Assist with social media strategy, content calendars, and digital marketing initiatives.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional copy.
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages across social platforms.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content.
Maintain consistent branding across all digital marketing assets.
Collaborate directly with the VP and marketing team on creative initiatives.
Travel occasionally to Los Angeles (company-covered).
Qualifications
Experience in social media management, graphic design, or digital marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, branding, and digital content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
Understanding of social media marketing trends and best practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Short-form video editing or motion graphics.
Photography or photo editing experience.
Experience with social media analytics tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay range of $22 – $32, based on experience.
Flexible part-time schedule.
Opportunity to transition to a full-time role.
$1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.
Company-paid travel to Los Angeles.
