Core Responsibilities
Conduct in‑home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
Educate homeowners on system options, rebates, financing, and energy‑efficiency incentives.
Prepare detailed proposals and estimates, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Build long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring a trusted and professional experience.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships, close sales, and confirm satisfaction.
Offer and educate customers on add‑on products—indoor air quality systems, humidifiers, smart thermostats, UV lights, and more.
Ensure installers are equipped with the tools, materials, and information they need for on‑time, efficient installations.
Collaborate with our experienced technicians and installers—providing support, answering questions, and maintaining open lines of communication.
Maintain clear, timely communication with customers, installation teams, and internal stakeholders—communication is critical.
Stay informed on the latest HVAC products, trends, and advancements to provide expert recommendations.
Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, tracking sales progress, and customer interactions.
Work closely with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and a flawless customer handoff.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after installation.
Represent Cline’s AC with professionalism, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven sales track record in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
In‑depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to articulate complex maintenance and product benefits.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop lasting business relationships.
Strong consultative sales approach—our goal is to create customers for life, not just make a sale.
Knowledge of HVAC systems or a strong ability to learn technical products quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—building trust with homeowners is key.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
Proficient with CRM software, proposal creation, and lead tracking.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for in‑home appointments.
