THE JOB: As a Retail Sales Associate II at MGM, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional guest service that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence. You will ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable and comfortable shopping experience while consistently upholding our high standards of brand presentation.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments
Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals
Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED Required
Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience Retail Sales experience Preferred
6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience Cash Handling experience Preferred
Bilingual Preferred

Pay Rate: The rate for this role is: $17.00
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
