ACCOUNT MANAGER - SALES & RETENTION

DIRECT HIRE | ONSITE - LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA | $45k + Uncapped Commission

Imprimis Group has partnered with a client who is seeking a Sales Account Manager. Our client is currently searching for professionals who are looking for career growth opportunities and not just a sales position. The ideal candidate is a professional with a college degree, a few years of business-to-business experience, and a strong competitive drive to be the best that is willing to prove themselves.

Looking for someone who’s proactive, independent, and results driven. This role combines hunting for new business with managing and retaining existing accounts.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and close new business using a consultative sales approach.

Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.

Secure contract renewals and long-term partnerships.

Track all activity and customer intelligence in Salesforce.

Hit or exceed monthly customer retention and sales targets.

Represent the company at client meetings and local networking events.

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of sales experience with a solid track record.

Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.

Basic financial/numerical skills to build estimates and margins.

Clean driving record – travel required for meetings and site visits.

Completion of Strategic Selling or Sales Negotiation training is a plus.
