Overview As a top performing Insurance Sales Professional, you will contribute directly to agency growth by converting warm and inbound opportunities while cultivating referral based relationships within the community. Your expertise in insurance products, needs based selling, and consultative communication will help clients make confident coverage decisions and establish enduring partnerships.
Responsibilities
Achieve activity & sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
Help protect customers by offering insurance products that will meet their needs
Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
Job Qualifications
P&C Insurance License
3-5 years experience in sales
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
