Job Description Seal Dynamics uses a unique marketing and technical sales approach that helps customers select products to reduce cost of ownership. Our product portfolio includes structural, mechanical, and electro‑mechanical parts for airframe and engine applications across all ATA Chapters. With strategic partnerships with major OEMs, we stock and distribute over 100,000 FAA‑approved alternative parts worldwide. In addition to distribution, we design and develop FAA‑approved alternative parts, offering OEM‑licensed PMAs and Test & Computation PMAs that reduce operational costs.

Role Senior Regional Sales Manager (MILITARY) Asia‑Pacific – based out of our Singapore office.

Responsibilities

Assists the VP of Military Sales in setting marker strategies by country and military entity within the Asia‑Pacific Region.

Manages all Military & Military‑related Customers, Sales Agent and/or Trade Partner activities, priorities and performance within the Region.

Coordinates sales opportunities with the SD‑NY Team and FMS Programs Manager to maximize sales and market share capture.

Identifies, prioritizes, establishes and manages SD links to various military electronic sourcing sites (bid boards).

Drives development of direct Customers/Agents/Rep sales plans and Product Management Team in advance of customer visits; follows up with visit reports, findings, actions and market intelligence.

Aids team members regarding the Export Compliance process (acquisition of required documentation).

Technically understands all product functionality and can effectively sell by differentiating from competition.

Makes sales calls and travels to customers with Agents and Reps, in addition to accounts managed personally.

Executes tactical sales meetings at customer facilities, including Engineering Support: Defense Logistics Agencies, Program and Supply Chain Management offices, Military Bases/Depots, Government‑contracted MROs, etc.

Develops relationships with a balanced cross section of customer contacts and decision‑makers related to the various government facilities outlined above.

Maintains appropriate relationships as customer organizations and contacts change.

Constantly identifies opportunities for existing Strategic Partner (SP) products and New Product Development based on competitor targets, reliability, performance, availability, price, etc.; promotes Seal Dynamics as a partner to provide solutions.

Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the entire sales process and the relationship between Seal Dynamics and customers.

Monitors competitors and industry trends that impact buying decisions and present potential risks.

Delivers sales presentations and collects information about the customer to assist in developing marketing plans and sales strategies that increase sales.

Develops budgets and forecasts on a quarterly basis.

Works with all functions of the organization to deliver results according to expectations.

Works in tandem with Product Managers and Strategic Partners to drive programs at selected customers using CRM tools.

Engages in collection activities when accounts become past due in coordination with the Finance team.

Requirements

Experience & Education

BS Degree in engineering, marketing, business, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of sales experience (min. of 5 years within the military sector – preferably in distribution).

Direct experience working in, or with Government and Military Agencies.

Ability to access Military facilities.

Physical Demands of the Role

Ability to travel extensively.

Ability to spend hours traversing through Military Depots, Bases and MRO facilities.

Ability to work on a computer 8 hours per day.
