In this role, you''ll create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives. As an Account Management Partner, you''ll drive proactive account growth, focusing on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals to ensure our largest accounts continue to flourish. You''ll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing account strategies, leading to growth and retention of Kyndryl''s most valuable accounts. You''ll identify and qualify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver tailor-made solutions for each customer. Collaboration is key: you''ll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process from prospecting to closing deals and beyond. You may lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and drive generating new opportunities, expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you''ll pursue and win new deals and elevate Kyndryl''s growth. You''ll bring an expert understanding of external best practices and industry trends, helping how they impact our customers. You''re skilled and experienced in your field. You have a growth mindset, are customer-focused, and are open and inclusive in how you work with others. ONSITE AT CLIENT REQUIRED IN NASHVILLE, TN Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end 5+ years of experience running account P&L $10M+ Must have experience on government accounts Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and government industry best practices Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers May be required to travel up to 25% Bonus Skills & Education: Bachelor''s degree or Master’s degree Sales experience in technical solutions Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations. This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
