We are looking for a

Sales Manager (m/f/d)

to strengthen our commercial team and drive new business growth for Ebike4Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for winning new customers, developing and managing the sales pipeline, and closing new business, primarily in the German market.

The role is primarily field- and remote-based from day one, with targeted on-site time during the first months and on an as-needed basis thereafter to build a strong understanding of our product and internal processes.

Your Mission

Identify, approach, and win new customers for Ebike4Delivery

Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to contract signature

Build and manage a strong and transparent sales pipeline

Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and demos (on-site and remote)

Prepare offers, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals

Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Service, Fleet) to ensure smooth customer onboarding

Keep CRM data accurate and up to date

Represent Ebike4Delivery at trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales strategy

Your skills and qualifications

Strong professional German language skills (spoken and written), good working knowledge of English, and Dutch skills are a plus

Proven experience in B2B sales with a clear sales and closing mindset

Confidence in lead generation, negotiations, and deal closing

Experience in mobility, logistics, HoReCa, QSR, fleet solutions, or subscription models is a plus

Experience working with CRM systems; familiarity with Odoo is a strong plus

Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented way of working

Comfortable working in an remote-based environment

Strong willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
