New Car Sales Manager

who wants to

control their income , lead a high-energy sales floor, and drive real results. This role is built for a proven Sales Manager, GSM, or

elite-performing Sales Consultant ready to step into leadership and get paid for performance .

If you know how to push gross, maximize F&I opportunities, and hold people accountable—this is your seat.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and drive the new car sales floor with urgency and discipline.

Set aggressive monthly sales, gross, and performance targets—and ensure they’re met.

Coach sales consultants daily to improve closing ratios, front-end gross, and efficiency.

Execute a strong appointment-driven sales process.

Control the desk, structure deals, and move metal.

Maintain high CSI while maximizing profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years automotive experience (management preferred).

A track record of winning—volume, gross, and accountability.

Strong desk skills and understanding of modern dealership processes.

Ability to motivate, train, and push a team to hit numbers.

Working knowledge of CDK (or the ability to learn fast).

Compensation & Perks:

Base salary of approximately $20,000 annually.

Monthly draw against commission.

Performance-based incentive compensation with high earning potential.
