Be the primary territory salesperson to all account types in an assigned geography, including smaller accounts (convenience, gas, small grocery, drug, dollar stores) and larger accounts (supermarkets, mass merchants) Provide an elevated level of professional selling to drive revenue share and profit growth by communicating with Store Owners, Store Managers, and other buyers Manage all aspects of sales in small format and low-volume accounts (upselling, new orders, inventory management) and offer support as needed In large format and higher-volume accounts, drive incremental selling initiatives and lead collaboration with a team of Merchandisers Develop and motivate Merchandisers on order submission, customer service, display execution, and inventory management Grow and develop customers in the assigned territory Monitor contract compliance (Pepsi's Customer Development Agreement), especially in small format accounts Communicate incremental displays and product needs to Merchandisers for installation and management Provide superior customer service and cultivate strong relationships to shape sales strategy Execute local and national marketplace initiatives to build brands and maximize performance Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Territory Sales Leads, and Merchandisers to target incremental selling opportunities and drive KPIs (Revenue, Share, Waste, Profit) Sell small format annual Customer Development Agreements, holiday promotions, and other initiatives with key customers Ensure product is available, rotated, and priced appropriately Be flexible with schedule, including early mornings (e.g., 4 am) and some evenings and/or weekends Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. during work activities Qualifications

18 years or older Must have a car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance Indefinite right to work in the United States Helpful experience

Experience in sales/selling, account management, and business-to-business selling Experience with incremental selling and beverages/consumer products Experience with financial targets and profit implications Experience with fact-based selling and solutions selling Experience in developing others and customer service Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and in-store marketing Experience working under limited supervision and following safety procedures Experience managing a route and using Microsoft Office; familiarity with PepsiCo sales applications (SMARTr, Savvy) and related tools Ready to join our PepsiCo family?
