The Marriott Albuquerque Hotel in Uptown is seeking a Sales Manager with Market knowledge. Strategically plan, execute, and manage the sales of the hotel to achieve optimal RevPar, Accupancy and ADR, through effective Direct Sales and revenue management strategies that focus on maximizing revenueand meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for meeting/exceeding top-line revenues at the hotel. Must possess Sales experience. Lead and actively participate in outbound sales efforts to ensure that all markets are being targeted. Must be able to write out and articulate strategies to work the market via Sales strategic plans and monthly action plans for the hotel. Must be skilled in presenting, negotiating and closing on business, as well as maintainin accounts and relationships. Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs in order to develop new plans and programs. Experience
