Opportunity Hunter (SDR/Setter)

to help fuel our growth by connecting with decision-makers across retail and commercial properties.

In this role, you'll be the first voice potential clients hear—introducing them to our asphalt, concrete, excavation, and striping solutions that keep parking lots safe, functional, and looking sharp. Your mission is to identify needs, build quick rapport, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team to close.

Responsibilities

Track and Organize all incoming sales leads

Assign leads to applicable sales reps and monitor progress

Schedule and track follow up communication

Maintain accurate records

Generate reports on lead status/sales activity

Proactively reach out to commercial property managers, facility directors, and retail decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Qualify leads by understanding their parking lot needs—whether it's asphalt repair, sealcoating, concrete replacement, striping, or signage upgrades

Set high-quality appointments for our senior sales team with clear notes and expectations

Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data, notes, and follow-up tasks

Track outreach activity and meet weekly outreach and appointment goals

Work closely with sales and marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign feedback

Represent Go Pave Utah with professionalism, urgency, and clarity at all times

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling (construction or B2B experience is a plus)

Confident communicator—comfortable talking to property managers, business owners, and executives

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in notes, CRM updates, and follow-ups

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented—you don’t wait to be told what to do

Tech‑savvy enough to manage basic CRM tools, email outreach, and lead tracking software

Familiarity with construction, property maintenance, or asphalt/concrete services is a big plus

Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and a hunger to grow in a performance‑based role

Additional Information Location:

Based in Salt Lake City, Utah

Hours:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexible start/end times

Compensation:

Hourly base + performance‑based bonuses for meetings set and deals closed

Tools Provided:

CRM access, call software, lead lists, outreach templates, and ongoing training
