Are you a natural conversation starter who thrives on opening doors and sparking opportunities?
Go Pave Utah
is looking for an
Opportunity Hunter (SDR/Setter)
to help fuel our growth by connecting with decision-makers across retail and commercial properties.
In this role, you'll be the first voice potential clients hear—introducing them to our asphalt, concrete, excavation, and striping solutions that keep parking lots safe, functional, and looking sharp. Your mission is to identify needs, build quick rapport, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team to close.
We’re not looking for a script reader—we’re looking for someone who understands how to bring value early in the conversation and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. If you’re hungry to contribute to a company that’s reshaping parking lot maintenance in Utah, let’s talk.
Responsibilities
Track and Organize all incoming sales leads
Assign leads to applicable sales reps and monitor progress
Schedule and track follow up communication
Maintain accurate records
Generate reports on lead status/sales activity
Proactively reach out to commercial property managers, facility directors, and retail decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify leads by understanding their parking lot needs—whether it's asphalt repair, sealcoating, concrete replacement, striping, or signage upgrades
Set high-quality appointments for our senior sales team with clear notes and expectations
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data, notes, and follow-up tasks
Track outreach activity and meet weekly outreach and appointment goals
Work closely with sales and marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign feedback
Represent Go Pave Utah with professionalism, urgency, and clarity at all times
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling (construction or B2B experience is a plus)
Confident communicator—comfortable talking to property managers, business owners, and executives
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in notes, CRM updates, and follow-ups
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented—you don’t wait to be told what to do
Tech‑savvy enough to manage basic CRM tools, email outreach, and lead tracking software
Familiarity with construction, property maintenance, or asphalt/concrete services is a big plus
Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and a hunger to grow in a performance‑based role
Additional Information Location:
Based in Salt Lake City, Utah
Hours:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexible start/end times
Compensation:
Hourly base + performance‑based bonuses for meetings set and deals closed
Tools Provided:
CRM access, call software, lead lists, outreach templates, and ongoing training
Team Culture:
Driven, tight‑knit, and focused on winning as a team—we hustle, we help, and we have fun doing it
