to lead and grow our therapy department within our long-term care community.

Your Role as Director of Rehabilitation Therapy
Provide leadership, oversight, and direction for all rehabilitation services (PT, OT, and SLP)
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations related to therapy services
Develop and implement therapy programs that promote resident independence, functional improvement, and quality of life
Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and performance management of the therapy team
Collaborate closely with nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care
Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation accuracy, and quality metrics
Support staff development through mentorship, training, and performance evaluations
Participate in care plan meetings and family communication as needed
Maintain a strong focus on resident-centered care and clinical excellence
Who We’re Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of West Virginia
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, therapy regulations, and documentation standards
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary team
Organized, accountable, and committed to high-quality resident care
