Vanguard Cleaning Systems®, an independently owned and operated master franchise company, has an immediate opening for a talented Brand Services Representative to join its team. The Brand Services Representative will focus on providing individual unit franchisees with ongoing business support and certification programs, facilitating account management with local small and mid-sized office locations within the region, and supporting Accounts Receivable activities to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, organization, and a strong service orientation. Successful Brand Services Representatives focus on frequent communication with unit franchisees and customers and serve as a trusted resource for their businesses. They also play an active role in identifying and selling additional service needs such as floor care services and janitorial supplies among regional accounts. Additionally, this role collaborates with internal team members, franchisees, and customers to address billing questions, resolve payment issues, and support collection efforts when necessary. The office is seeking a results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of customer service and account support. Uphold Vanguard Cleaning Systems® standards for honesty and integrity Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Prepare for franchise and account appointments Travel to account locations throughout the region Present to decision makers regarding additional or needed services Utilize excellent problem-solving, communication, and follow-up skills Collaborate with Regional Office team members and Unit Franchisees Support Accounts Receivable functions, including monitoring account balances, following up on past-due invoices, and assisting with collections in a professional and customer-focused manner Serve as a point of contact for customer billing inquiries and work to resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and franchisees Maintain accurate documentation related to account activity, communications, and payment status Desired Experience / Skills

Minimum of five years of prior successful customer service or account management experience (B2B, service-based preferred) Experience working with billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable processes preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong listening skills and empathy Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and confidence The available position is with an independently owned and operated Vanguard Cleaning Systems® Master Franchise.
