
Multi Family/Commercial Roofing Service Representative

The Primary role of the Multi‑Family Service Representative is to work with and develop leads, relationships, and long‑term customer service partnerships with Multi‑Family Boards, Property Management Companies, and owners or representatives of Multi‑Family/Commercial properties. The Service Rep will be responsible for building a book of business and continuing to develop on those relationships after they have been established.
Responsibilities
Generate new business through sales/marketing activities and inspections in your market (B2B D2D, multi‑media connections, word of mouth, etc).
Maintain regular and consistent, professional communication and updates to all clients.
Attend all appointments, meetings (adjuster meetings, board meetings, presentations, inspections, etc).
Communicate with other support teams to provide the best service to our customers.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Your own reliable vehicle.
Basic math and computer skills.
Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
