
We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision across a portfolio of high-profile accounts — someone who can inspire teams, partner with senior clients, and turn smart strategy into award-worthy work.
In this role, you’ll own creative operations for your group of accounts, guide multidisciplinary teams, and help grow client relationships through exceptional storytelling and execution. You’re as comfortable presenting to the C-suite as you are mentoring the next generation of creatives.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who’s curious, collaborative, and driven to push ideas (not just manage them).
What You’ll Do
Lead the creative strategy and execution across integrated 360° campaigns (brand, retail, digital, and social)
Partner closely with Strategy and Account teams to develop creative strategies for clients
Present work with confidence and persuasion, both internally and externally, demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client’s challenge
Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing creative team
Ensure work meets the highest standards of craft, timeliness, and profitability
Evaluate creative performance post-launch and apply insights to future work
Collaborate with Project Management to shape scopes, budgets, and resourcing
Build strong, trusted client relationships that drive long‑term growth
Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring
10+ years of experience leading creative campaigns for Fortune 500 or similarly scaled clients
A deep understanding of production across broadcast, digital, social, and retail
Strong knowledge of modern digital platforms, responsive design, and technical capabilities
A passion for emerging tech and pushing creative boundaries
Polished presentation skills (written, visual, and verbal)
Strategic thinking paired with exceptional creative instincts
A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to teach and mentor
Portfolio + resume
Hybrid schedule: On‑site in Richmond at least three days/week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Occasional travel (including international; valid passport required)
