About the Team The HIFI
Marketing team
is responsible for shaping how programmable money is understood by developers, financial institutions, and the broader market. We translate complex financial and technical infrastructure, stablecoins, bank rails, onchain systems, and global payment workflows-into clear narratives, products, and moments that drive adoption and trust.
The team works at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, and leadership to define HIFI’s voice across brand, content, PR, product marketing, and events. From announcing new bank integrations and global corridors, to explaining how developers build on HIFI’s APIs, to supporting enterprise sales and strategic partnerships, marketing at HIFI is deeply embedded in how the company grows.
About the Role We’re looking for a
Marketing, PR and Brand Associate
who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help shape the narrative of programmable finance. You will work across social media, PR, content, events, and product marketing to elevate HIFI’s brand, support growth initiatives, and position the company as a leader in global payments technology. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, GTM, and Partnerships teams to translate technical innovation into compelling storytelling.
This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is based in-person in our office in Manhattan with high visibility and meaningful impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
Help define and evolve HIFI’s narrative as we scale
Write and ship content across social, announcements, launches, and brand surfaces
Support product launches with clear positioning and messaging
Own day-to-day execution across social, PR support, and events
Help turn technical work into simple, credible stories
Work quickly, keep standards high, and avoid process for process’ sake
You might be a fit if
You have
1–4 years
of experience in marketing, comms, or content
You’ve worked in a fast-moving startup or similarly high-output environment
You write clearly and care about precision
You prefer substance over hype
You want real ownership and room to grow
Additional Requirement Must be within a commutable distance from our office and able to work in person most days of the week.
