Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategies to drive marketing objectives, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning, pricing; target product profile & evidence generation and dissemination; brand and communication strategy Successfully using the Launch Excellence framework to launch new products and line extensions, leading brand-building activities, driving marketing plans & promotions in partnership with cross-functional partners and regional marketing teams Partnering across JJV to ensure clear understanding of professional VOC and market trends to inform the marketing strategies and ensure JJV is addressing market unmet needs to drive sustained growth Translating customer needs into product design requirements to develop differentiated product concepts and plans Lead end to end product cycle including development and execution of LCM strategy Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA equivalent strongly preferred) At least 6 years professional experience including 3-5 years of experience in marketing or healthcare Ability to effectively connect with customers (surgeons) and internal partners Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to champion product innovation and promote change through indirect influence Demonstrate strong business analytics and financial competence Ability to identify emerging trends in health, technology, or related fields Ability to prioritize and successfully lead complex project workstreams across multiple dimensions, with internal and external partners Preferred
Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with regional groups Medical device, ophthalmology experience New product development experience Benefits
