Description and Requirements Do you love hunting for new logos, breaking into green accounts, and turning great conversations into revenue? Do you learn fast, stay curious, and bring a high energy, “can do” mindset every day? Join our Enterprise Sales team as our new Inside Sales Representative (Acquisition) and help us win new customers at scale.
We are investing to accelerate growth in the Enterprise segment. In this acquisition ISR role, you’ll be a key driver of that strategy—building pipeline, engaging decision makers, and closing net new deals. You will work digitally and by phone with prospects and partners across your territory, developing a strong network and creating the foundation for long term customer relationships.
You will be part of a collaborative Enterprise (and cross functional) team. Expect weekly planning calls, joint account reviews, and a supportive environment focused on consistent execution and learning.
Your key responsibilities
Actively contribute to the Enterprise team and help drive our shared goals.
Acting as a trusted advisor for Large Enterprise customers
Selling across Lenovo’s full portfolio – from mobile, laptops and servers to storage and services
Identifying new opportunities and growing key accounts
Collaborating with our channel partners and internal teams.
Occasionally traveling to meet customers face-to-face.
Requirements
1–3+ years in an inside sale or a B2B new business “hunter” role (technology or adjacent industry preferred).
Proven ability to prospect, generate qualified meetings.
Skilled in consultative selling, multi-threading accounts, and translating business needs into clear solutions.
Experience working through partners (resellers/distributors) and managing pricing/proposal workflows.
Strong communication—articulate, structured, and persuasive in both written and spoken channels.
High motivation, adaptability, and ownership mindset; comfortable operating with pace and accountability.
Language: Professional fluency in Finnish and English.
