
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc. Duties include: supporting sales representatives with securing inventory, walk in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines.
Responsibilities
Serves as main line of support for sales representatives
Point of contact for walk in traffic and area customers
Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements
Schedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites
Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions
Handle any additional special projects as needed
Ability to manage a large number of transactions and high functioning salespeople
Additional administrative tasks as seen fit
Keep up to date and accurate records
Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices
Ability to multi-task on technical issues
Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions
Works in a cooperative manner with team and employees
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 year degree preferred or comparable work experience
Personal Attributes: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Professionalism
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support
Able to manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Walking, talking, hearing

The pay range for this position is $26.85 to $32.21
Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full‑time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
