Retail Sales Associate
– Crew positions are entry level opportunities with both full and part time possibilities to fit your schedule. As one would expect, cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking are part of the role with some foodservice positions specifically tasked with food prep and foodservice safety. You might not expect the camaraderie of the store team and fun interactions with customers. Cashier, customer service, retail or foodservice experience is great, but not required. If you have a positive attitude, our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role. Responsibilities
Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately. Clean and stock the store; assist with food prep and foodservice safety where applicable. Provide friendly customer service and engage with customers to create a positive shopping experience. Support team with other duties as needed to ensure store readiness and efficiency. Qualifications
A positive attitude; willingness to learn and participate in training programs. Experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is helpful but not required. Commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit. Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment consistent with health and safety guidelines. Ability to follow proper food preparation and presentation, including making products such as coffee. Excellence in cash handling and promoting the rewards loyalty program. Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits and Compensation
Compensation: $15.00 per hour (range stated in posting). 401k plan (US); RRSP Plan (Canada). Premium pay for holidays worked. PTO for full-time positions. Tuition reimbursement including GED.
