Make high-volume outbound calls to secure carriers for available shipments. Qualify new carriers and grow the EFS carrier network. Negotiate rates with carriers and communicate pricing to sales staff. Track shipments from pickup through delivery and provide updates as needed. Verify carrier documentation, rate confirmations, and temperature requirements. Assist with obtaining invoices, BOLs, and shipment records. Maintain accurate load information in the TMS. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or transportation. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
