Advanced Thermal Corporation (ATC) , a wholly owned subsidiary of the Brock Group, designs and manufactures engineered removable insulation systems, including covers, jackets and blankets for critical industrial applications. With 40+ years of experience, they serve customers across power generation, petrochemical, OEM, military and nuclear industries. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding ATC’s presence within the assigned regional territory (Midwest – Chicago or East – Philadelphia). Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role requires a hunter mentality and proactive engagement with new customers across OEM, power generation, military, petrochemical, nuclear and other industries requiring thermal and acoustic insulation solutions. What You Will Do

Drive new business and grow ATC’s presence in your region (Midwest or East Coast) Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting and market research. Target OEMs, utilities, EPCs, defense contractors and industrial clients Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, closing and account nurturing. Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to deliver tailored insulation solutions. Representing ATC at trade shows, conferences and customer events. Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools. Meet or exceed revenue goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building. What You Bring

3-5 years of B2B sales success in industrial sectors such as insulation, power, OEM, defense and petrochem Proven sales record and ability to open doors and build a new territory Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable with regional travel (frequent customer visits and events) CRM proficiency and solid organizational habit Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) What We Offer
