As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll partner with clients and our internal team to support corporate accounts and ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll manage orders, deliver excellent service, and leverage our Gearcor Marketplace platform for efficiency.
This role goes beyond traditional support—our team receives in-depth training to become Gear Experts. You\'ll gain strong product knowledge, represent our brand with confidence, and help drive client success in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support order management and processing by working with customers to ensure prompt product delivery
Learn and understand client operational structure and adapt company platform(s) to meet needs
Creatively troubleshoot and resolve issues, building strategy for resolution before problems arise
Establish and maintain consistent communication methods and cadence with clients
Become an expert in Gearcor products and their relevance to clients
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create an excellent client experience
Provide honest, consistent, and actionable feedback to Senior Account Manager(s)
Other duties as needed to create an exceptional experience for our stakeholders
