Previous knowledge and experience in industry specific backgrounds (Electric, HVAC, water treatment, plumbing and/or former project coordinator), and/or 2 years of business development experience are preferred but not required. As a Water Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality water services to our clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct water quality assessments and analyses to identify contaminants and ensure compliance with county standards.
Design water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and reverse osmosis systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding water treatment solutions and best practices.
Conduct regular inspections of water systems to prevent issues and ensure longevity.
Keep accurate records of water quality data, maintenance activities, and system performance.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in water treatment.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive water solutions to clients.
Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
Demonstrate leadership and innovation in overcoming challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or related experience in a trade industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in any trade (HVAC, electric or plumbing) and/or sales position, water quality analysis.
Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and technologies.
Experience with water quality testing and analysis using various methods and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A strong desire to achieve excellence and be recognized as a top performer.
Strong communication, customer service skills, and urgency to complete all tasks within customer requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A competitive spirit and the ability to motivate others to excel.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
