Description:
This position is responsible for communicating and assisting with any follow-up required by our Regional Sales Managers along with managing accounts assigned to them and growing them into long-lasting partnerships. You are responsible for identifying and pursuing any sales opportunities you see fit. You will aid in the growth and maintenance of our customer base to meet or exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
Primary contact for key distributor accounts that are assigned to you.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, or complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
Follow up in a timely manner with customers on quotes, orders, and product delivery.
Provide education on product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
Identify customer needs and market trends to sales and product development teams
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in ERP system to generate sale summaries and reports.
Work as a team member with all areas from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Shipping & Production
Carry out all other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
Required Experience and Education
Prior Sales and /or Customer Service Experience – at least 2+ years.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Must pay attention to details.
Proficient in following up.
High School Diploma / Preferred College Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Must have Reliable Transportation. This is an in-office position.
Contingent upon passing a drug screen including marijuana testing.
