Sales Forecasting : Building predictive models based on historical data and market trends to project future revenue and guide resource allocation. Strategic Insights : Identifying underperforming regions or sales representatives and recommending actionable changes, such as territory shifts or pricing adjustments. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partnering with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals and campaign tracking.
