What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive sales growth by promoting diagnostic solutions, including instrumentation and consumables
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer retention
Build relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers across multiple care settings
Conduct diagnostic workflow analyses to identify opportunities for upgrading instrumentation
Monitor competitive activity and serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in relevant professional experience
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and unit targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience selling into physician office labs, urgent care centers, and integrated delivery networks
Familiarity with reagent rental models, CLIA compliance, and reimbursement frameworks
Proven ability to close both transactional consumables sales and longer-cycle placements
Prior experience collaborating within cross-functional teams to achieve growth
Two or more industry certifications
