Event Sales Manager is responsible for client relations and planning of successful events sold and executed by Ci Siamo. Collaborate closely with restaurant operators and cross-team partners to optimize guest experience, drive revenue, and maintain service integrity. Build and refine systems that allow a high volume of events to run smoothly, ensuring details are clear, accurate, and well managed. Own client relationships from first inquiry through event execution, including responding promptly, preparing proposals and contracts, hosting site visits, and delivering a consistently high-quality experience. Thoughtfully manage the event calendar to balance revenue goals with seamless logistics and exceptional guest experiences. Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment across teams so what is promised is exactly what is delivered — creating seamless, rave-worthy events. Lead event planning and execution, including BEOs, timelines, vendors, on-site coordination, and internal communication, with a focus on meeting or exceeding financial goals. Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in event sales or hospitality management. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a warm, team-oriented approach. Strategic thinking with attention to detail and a focus on guest experience. Passion for mentorship, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Open availability and comfort working in-person across multiple locations.
