Licensure:

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Experience:

Home Care or Senior Care industry; Sales and/or Marketing/Business Development experience preferred.

Transportation:

Personal & reliable transportation. Valid and current auto insurance.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Excelent customer service and active listening abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and CRM systems

Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills

Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

Participate in hands‑on training with the Executive Director covering referrals, assessments, and relationship management

Represent B Home Care at community events, networking functions, and outreach activities

Identify, develop, and maintain referral partner relationships

Generate referrals through outreach including drop‑ins, calls, emails, and in‑person meetings

Respond to and manage inbound leads from multiple referral platforms in a timely manner

Schedule and conduct assessments as assigned, including plastic surgery recovery leads

Reassess existing clients to support retention and service adjustments

Conduct in‑services and educational presentations for referral partners

Accurately document all activity in the CRM and track key performance metrics

After training, independently manage assigned referral sources and inbound leads

Take ownership of territory growth and expansion of referral partnerships

This role requires frequent travel within the local area to meet with referral sources such as senior living, home health companies, hospitals, hospice companies and rehab centers, among others. The position involves a significant amount of time spent in the field, driving, and engaging with referral partners in various locations. The position requires the ability to be on your feet for extended periods, attending meetings, networking events, and conferences. You will regularly meet with referral partners face‑to‑face, often in busy and dynamic environments. You may be required to carry promotional materials, marketing collateral, or event supplies, with light to moderate lifting required.
