Manage and develop existing customer relationships as well as prospect new customers to maximize revenue and profitability. Identify customer transportation and field service needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements while delivering superior customer service. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of work from start to finish. Ability to interact and build relationships, make customer calls, and close new business opportunities. Schedule and make face-to-face sales calls both independently and with the management team. Generate leads and attract new prospects to develop a sales pipeline. Work with management and Operations Team to qualify potential new accounts and sales development. Manage the setup process for new accounts including assisting in obtaining needed documents for credit approval. Shift responsibilities between operational and sales demands. Think strategically around customer problems to deliver value propositions. Maintain a growing portfolio of accounts by working with the operations team to develop a business continuity strategy and excellent customer engagements. Display strong negotiation skills in pricing and contract agreements. Electronically track and maintain leads and contacts. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work in a team-oriented environment. Our Equipment includes Dry Vans, Tankers, Intermodal, Roll Off, Flatbeds, Hi-Vac. Requirements
Bachelor's (Preferred) Account Management: 2 Years (Preferred) Sales: 2 Years (Preferred) Sales Experience preferable in the Environmental Transportation and Field Service Industry. Work Location:
