LT.Agency, one of the largest integrated marketing agencies in the Southwest and nationally-recognized best places to work, needs an exceptional PR Strategist who is ready to jump in and make an impact.
In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver integrated PR strategies, combining creativity, media relations, and collaboration to drive meaningful results for clients. The PR Strategist will report directly to our Vice President of Public Relations.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Collaborate on public relations strategies that address challenges and opportunities for clients across a variety of industries including healthcare & wellness, tourism & attractions, casinos & gaming, consumer goods, B2B technology, homebuilders, franchise & retail, nonprofit & social good, and more.
Develop and execute PR programs, keeping in mind the integrated nature of PR today (PESO)
Leverage AI to streamline workflows and surface insights, while ensuring all client work reflects human judgment, creativity, and care
Craft editorial plans that are appropriate for distribution on both traditional and online channels
Develop media and event lists, editorial calendars, press releases and editorial content
Monitor news, trends, and cultural moments to identify timely PR opportunities
Contribute creative ways to keep clients in the news on both a local and national level, pitching and managing media daily
Serve as a day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and managing expectations
Interact confidently with clients, prospects, and media, both in formal presentations and spontaneous situations
Schedule and attend client and team meetings
Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent across channels
Work with some of the most talented professionals in the local market, across paid media, content marketing, brand strategy, digital and more
Manage multiple client accounts at once, balancing priorities and deadlines
Proactively identify risks or issues and help develop response strategies
Understand attribution and report back on the performance and value of your PR programs and content
Here’s what you’ll need to bring:
3-5 years of PR/marketing experience
Proven media relations success, with a host of local contacts
Strong presentation skills, alone or in a team setting
Organizational, time management and project management skills
Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and accuracy
Collaborative ability and creative thinking, matched with humble confidence
Ability to work autonomously, foresee client needs and opportunities and pivot quickly when needed.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to keep learning in a fast-moving industry
Ability to work nights and weekends where relevant
Bachelor’s degree in related field
