Experienced Service Advisor
to join our Main Shop team. This is a great opportunity to maximize your earning potential while growing with a trusted, family-owned dealership group. Responsibilities
Welcome customers promptly and professionally Gather and record customer and vehicle information Accurately communicate customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to technicians Recommend maintenance and repair services based on age, mileage, and vehicle history Prepare clear and accurate estimates for parts and labor Set follow-up expectations and provide frequent status updates to customers Track repair progress throughout the day to ensure timely service Review final invoices to confirm accuracy with completed work Explain services performed, recommendations, and charges to customers Qualifications
Proven record of achieving high customer satisfaction Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager (required) Strong communication and organizational skills High energy, integrity, and professionalism Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization CDK software experience (preferred) Benefits
