Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist you will need to be capable of working independently to market products and services from CROSSMARK clients to wholesalers, independent stores owners, small retail chains, and other targeted customers. To be successful in this position you need to be highly motivated, extremely confident, a self-starter with a positive attitude, and possess strong communications and time management skills. This person will plan and execute customer calls, engage wholesalers' stakeholders to plan distributions, communication updates with clients and CROSSMARK leadership in order to drive sales of products and services. Additionally, this role will build and maintain relationships with applicable business partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, and weekly event scheduling and activation goals Schedule calls and identify and execute additional marketing tactics Pre-promote events and offers Establish clear communication between clients and customers, and internal client teams Administrative duties include but are not limited to event recapping, finance management and sales reporting Ideal candidates will possess prior sales experience in related fields. Possess a strong work ethic. Solid organization, communication and interpersonal skills are imperative. Full time availability if needed. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills: Ability to use and navigate on a computer and mobile device. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Working Conditions: Office Environment Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is: Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools/controls, and reach with hands or arms. Frequently required to talk, listen, and read instructions on a mobile phone and/or printed on paper. Frequently required to walk, kneel, squat, bend and stoop. May at times need to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Regularly required to view items at both an extremely close and distance range and must be able to adjust and readjust focus.
