Responsible for originating, reviewing, and processing business banking documentation and maintenance requests. In this role, the representative delivers high-quality professional service to management, coworkers, and clients, ensuring that all interactions reflect the bank's commitment to excellence. The position supports business banking officers by assisting with sales and service activities and actively promotes merchant service products to clients. Additional responsibilities include the installation and servicing of remote deposit capture systems, as well as providing assistance to sales officers during annual client reviews. Through these duties, the representative plays a key role in supporting the business banking team and enhancing the overall client experience.
