This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work, values quality craftsmanship, and wants a stable weekday schedule with weekends off. This role plays a vital part in sustainability by extending tire life while delivering dependable products to customers. Hours & Pay Schedule: MondayFriday, 5:30 am3:00 pm Pay: $19.00 per hour Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Training: Conducted on the same shift Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more; standing and moving throughout the entire shift Benefits This position offers weekly pay and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, short-term disability coverage, employee discounts, and additional perks. What You'll Do Inspect used tires to identify structural damage or defects prior to retreading Buff tires to remove old tread and prepare surfaces for new material Repair tire casings by addressing punctures or minor casing damage Apply new rubber tread using approved retreading and vulcanization processes Perform quality control checks to ensure retreaded tires meet safety and performance standards Operate specialized retreading equipment safely and efficiently Maintain consistent workmanship and attention to detail on every tire Support strong customer relationships through dependable, high-quality output What You Bring Entry-level manufacturing experience (tire retreading experience not required) Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Willingness to stand and move continuously with occasional breaks Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and safety Ability to follow procedures and operate equipment responsibly Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Commitment to delivering reliable workmanship and supporting customer satisfaction Ready to Roll Into a Stable Career?
