Data Entry Clerk
Location: Melrose Park, IL 60160 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Shift: 8AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday Summary
The ERP Clerk is responsible for work order (WO) creation and management in ERP prior to production release, as well as updating ERP systems and performing system transactions. This position is responsible for data entry, tracking production, inventory, and materials within the Enterprise Resource Planning system, ensuring accuracy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Update ERP Engineering Masters (EM) and Work Orders (WO) with defined changes. Create Subordinate WOs and corresponding exception management during planning horizon. Support Shop Floor scanner implementation; all facilities, including ERP set-up. Audit, correct, and resolve Negative Inventory (NI) discrepancies in ERP. Perform other related tasks as assigned. Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Effective attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be self-motivated & team orientated Education/Training/Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; proficient experience with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and scheduling a plus. Minimum of 2 years of office support, ERP and IT support experience required.
