In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. You will utilize your industry knowledge and networking skills to identify opportunities and effectively present our innovative optical solutions. Major duties and responsibilities include: Lead generation Sales presentations Marketing assets utilization Industry engagement Territory management skills Customer business reviews Reporting Market awareness Sales targets Travel requirements Networking strategies Performance metrics Additional duties Basic qualifications include: Solid understanding of the wholesale optical industry and proven sales experience with optical products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation abilities Self-motivated, energetic approach to work. Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently without close supervision. Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). This position requires the ability to lift, pull, or push objects weighing less than 25 pounds. Pay Range: 36,000.00 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
